Boyu Purification Completes Overseas FAT Acceptance for Flexible Isolator Project

Shanghai Boyu Purification Technology has successfully finished remote Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a flexible containment isolator project for an overseas biopharmaceutical customer.

The delivered Flex‑C flexible barrier isolator is designed for weighing, sampling and material transfer of highly‑potent compounds, achieving OEB‑4 containment performance. During remote FAT, Boyu’s engineering team demonstrated negative‑pressure stability, HEPA filtration performance, continuous bag‑out transfer function and system alarm logic through live video streaming. All technical indicators passed customer review.

Since on‑site travel restrictions still exist for some international projects, Boyu provides standardized remote FAT service to help global clients verify equipment performance before shipment. After factory inspection, the unit will be packed and shipped, followed by overseas installation guidance and commissioning support.
