Boyu Purification Expands Containment Isolator Portfolio with New Weighing & Dispensing Rigid Isolator

Shanghai Boyu Purification Technology releases its upgraded rigid weighing and dispensing isolator, built for HAPI material weighing, sampling and sealed dispensing workflows.

This double‑chamber negative‑pressure isolator is constructed with SUS316 material, 20‑mm rounded corners and 3‑mm plate thickness to eliminate sanitary dead corners. It features PLC intelligent control of differential pressure and air‑change frequency, and supports both CIP cleaning and manual washing. Integrated high‑precision weighing system and solid‑material continuous bagging sealed transfer reduce cross‑contamination risks, delivering OEB‑5 high‑level operator protection.

The system is widely applicable to pharmaceutical pilot workshops, CDMO sites and high‑potency drug production lines. Boyu accepts project‑oriented custom modification according to customers’ existing process layout.
