Other applications:

It integrates a sealed system, a material bucket flipping mechanism, an elevation system and a horizontal positioning system. Through a vacuum conveying system, it realizes material transportation. It can also be used in systems such as feeding into reaction vessels, achieving the convenience of the operation station. The materials are transferred from the "low" position to the "high" position. The material transportation is completely free from exposure, and the OEL value control level can be <10 µg/m3.

A weighing and feeding/discharging isolation device (soft enclosure) with EX capability is used for dust containment operations, as well as for switching of various materials or for handling small amounts of volatile solvents. No EX treatment of the weighing system is required.

At the core of the system is a Custom Material Transfer Station which integrates a pneumatic drum tipper, Mettler Toledo weighing system, and a flexible enclosure support frame into a mobile, GMP-compliant workstation. The Drum Tipper accommodates drums up to 60 kg and features a powered slide for drum positioning in the flexible enclosure. The receiving container rests on calibrated Mettler Toledo load cells, enabling precise weigh-outs of material into a split butterfly valve charge bottle or a single use bag.
