Drum Unloading

The mobile bucket-type dump truck is composed of pneumatic lifting, flipping and horizontal moving mechanisms. It is suitable for the lifting, flipping and discharging process of different bucket bodies (weight, diameter and height).

In particular, the support adopts a "crab" structure, combined with the "iris" structure of the bucket body, which can approach the equipment body at a "zero" distance, such as feeding into the reactor or the connection of the isolator： 

•      Bucket body structure: The main body is made of SUS304 material and equipped with anti-static wheels.

•      Bucket body structure of the dump truck: The main body is made of SUS304 material and equipped with anti-static wheels.

•      Control system: Pneumatic drive, suitable for use in explosion-proof ATEX II areas.

•      Bucket parameters: Bucket weight < 60kg, bucket diameter: 300-500mm.

•      Reversal parameters: Lifting height < 650mm, horizontal movement ≈ 350mm.Reversal parameters: Lifting height < 650mm, Horizontal movement ≈ 350mm.
