Flexible Isolator - Reactor Feed Injection

The mobile bucket-type dump truck is combined with the flexible isolator to achieve the purpose of sealed material transfer for operations such as material feeding in reaction vessels.

This system employs an air-powered system and is designed to meet the ATEX II zone environmental requirements.

Technical features:

l   Bucket body structure: The main body is made of SUS304 material and equipped with anti-static wheels

l   Control system: Pneumatic drive, suitable for use in explosion-proof ATEX II areas

l   Bucket parameters: Bucket weight < 60kg, bucket diameter: 300 - 500mm

l   Lifting parameters: Lifting height < 650mm, horizontal movement ≈ 350mm

l   RABS structure: Flexible single compartment, negative pressure (nitrogen replacement) and turbulence

l   Membrane structure: Flexible membrane structure (quick replacement)

l   Material entry: Bucket tipping or sealed zipper

l   Material transfer: Achieve material feeding through the connection of the flexible structure and the reactor
