Main body adopts SUS316 material, R = 20mm rounded corner, plate thickness T = 3mm, easy to clean and no dead corners.

The weighing and dispensing isolator adopts double-chamber structure of buffer compartment plus operation compartment with turbulent negative pressure airflow. The whole chamber is fabricated from SUS316 stainless steel with 20mm rounded corners and 3mm plate thickness.
Controlled by PLC, it can intelligently adjust differential pressure and air exchange rate, supporting both CIP and manual cleaning. The integrated high-precision weighing system completes weighing and sampling of HPAI materials inside the isolator. Solid materials are transferred by continuous bagging sealing method. Negative pressure captures powder spillage to reach OEB5 containment level and fully protect operators.
