which is more conducive to material transportation and has a higher yield. In terms of structural design, it forms multi-functional characteristics, allowing for the replacement of cone grinding, hammer grinding, double screw feeders + air jet pulverization for multi-functional capabilities.

Designed specifically for batch and continuous applications, due to the viscous nature of most excipients and APIs, the twin-screw configuration is the most suitable for powders that are difficult to flow. The self-cleaning effect of the twin screws avoids the common accumulation problems and inconsistent flow when using a single-screw design. Additionally, for extremely difficult powders that may have bridging or honeycomb tendencies.

The special design of the feed bowl incorporates a unique horizontal mixer to improve the material filling of the screw scraper. The feed bowl design allows the material to flow uniformly from all directions into the screw, effectively avoiding material accumulation and making the feeding more accurate.
